Osteopathic Family Practice Resident

Jon, the oldest of three children, was born and raised in Coldwater, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Dayton, where he graduated in 2005 with a bachelors degree in premedical studies. He then received his DO degree in 2009 from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. While attending OUCOM, Jon served as an OMM table assistant and CORE student representative.

Jon and his wife, Michelle, started their family practice residency at Doctors Hospital in 2009. He is currently serving as secretary of the CORE's Osteopathic Residency Advisory Committee (ORAC). Jon's special interests include geriatrics, behavioral health, and preventive medicine. He plans to pursue a career in rural health care.

Jon enjoys spending time with Michelle and their son, Evan. He is a fan of Dayton basketball and Ohio State football. Jon also enjoys running, traveling, and reading American history.
