Amanda J. Stover, DO
Family Practice Resident
Dr. Stover joined the family practice residency program in July 2011 after receiving her DO degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic. Amanda was born in Logan, Ohio where she lived with her family until they moved to Springfield, Tennessee, where she began school. Her family lived there until they returned home to live on their family's farm outside of Laurelville, Ohio. Amanda graduated from Logan High School in 2003 and attended Wittenberg University that fall. While there she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, the Astronomy Club, and completed research on carbon electrode surface plating. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology in 2007. She continued her education at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she met her husband Derrick, who was finishing his Doctorate in Mathematics. They were married in September 2010 and she graduated from medical school in June 2011.
